Go-Getter Nomination Form
Instructions:
The Service Unit Manager or a team member involved in getting more girls and adults into Girl Scouting may complete this nomination form. Please be specific when writing up the nomination and use data to back up the success of this nominee in her/his/they role in recruiting more girls/adults into Girl Scouting. No endorsement forms are required for this award nomination. Forms are due by February 15th of each year. Please provide a picture of the volunteer in his/her/they role if possible.
Criteria:
The Go-Getter Award recognizes a volunteer who has put significant effort and creativity into finding and recruiting more girls and adults into Girl Scouts. Examples of such service include recruitment events, school recruitment, recruitment events at libraries, leading grant based alternative program opportunities that result in troop forming, etc. The nominee is an active, registered Girl Scout. The nominee has successfully completed all requirements for the position. The nominee has performed beyond expectations for the position to recruit more girls and adults into Girl Scouting.
