2025 Fall Product Program
The Uncollectible Debt Form (UDF) is to be used to indicate discrepancies between amount owed and amount paid.

UDF SHOULD BE COMPLETED AND TURNED IN NO LATER THAN 5 working days prior to the sweep.

This should be a total amount of money that the girl should have paid the troop for her cookie sales.

Amount due to troop minus amount paid to troop.
*Troops cannot keep troop profit on uncollectible debt. When/if we collect the debt, then the troop will be credited for the troop profit on uncollectible debt.
