Keep the Promise, Live the Law Nomination Form
Instructions:
This nomination form may be completed by someone on the service team, a staff member familiar with the work of the individual, or the individual themselves. No endorsement forms are required for this award nomination. Forms are due by February 15th of each year. Please provide a picture of the volunteer in his/her/they role if possible.
Criteria:
Keep the Promise and Live the Law Award recognizes an adult volunteer in Girl Scouting who returns for a 4th year of service and provides support to the council. This service may be direct or indirect service and is given when the individual renews for their 4th year of service and is places in a position of service. The criteria for this award includes: being an active, registered adult Girl Scout. The nominee holds a volunteer position and provides service to the council. The nominee has successfully completed all requirements and training for the position they hold.
