  • The Service Unit Manager or a team member, or staff member may complete the nomination and endorser form. Please be specific when writing up the nomination and use data to back up the success of this nominee in her/his/they role in the service unit. For information on completed training, membership data or other documentation to back up your nomination and endorsement, contact your Membership Specialist or Coordinator.

    This nomination requires one endorser. The nominator and endorser cannot be the same person.

    This nomination form will be reviewed upon receipt and you will be contacted if it does not contain all the th information needed for review. Deadline for the nomination is June 30. Please provide a picture of the volunteer in her role when possible.

  • The Service Unit Star Award recognizes a volunteer who has provided significant service as a Service Team Member for at least 2 years in the following capacities: Service Unit Manager, Treasurer, Product Manager, Recruiter OR three years in the following: Events Manager/Programs (would include Day Camp Directors), Media Manager or Awards Chair. . The nominee is an active, registered adult Girl Scout The nominee has successfully completed all requirements for the position The nominee has performed beyond expectations for the position in the service unit that they hold.
